You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply ship the product back to us in its original packaging, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the $18 two-way shipping fee.

Once the item is received, we will process the replacement and notify you via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your exchange item.

You may return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Simply ship the product back to us in its original packaging, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
At this time, the refund amount will be sent back to your original payment method.
