Shipping
Allow 5-7 business days after ordering for orders to be shipped
Express shipping are available at checkout for your convenience.
International shipments are unavailable at the moment.
The shipping rate is $9 USD
Exchange
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Please leave the size you would like to exchange for in the Note section.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Exchange shipping fees start at $18 USD and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and notify you via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your replacement item.
Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank.
Returns
You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return label fees start at $9 USD and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the return package. For larger orders, the actual return shipping cost may exceed $9 and will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for monitoring and responding to emails regarding their return request. If we do not receive a response within the 30-day of the email being sent, the request may be closed and considered outside the return period.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank.
Damaged/Missing Item
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include photos or videos of the issue so our team can review your claim.
For packages marked as delivered but reported as missing, additional information, photos, security footage, or cooperation with the carrier's investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.
